East Texas high school students engage in activities and competitions designed and led by SFA STEM faculty, graduate and undergraduate students with the goal to inspire students to pursue a STEM career. Participants interact with STEM professionals representing a variety of STEM-related fields to better understand the preparation necessary for successful entry into a STEM career.

8:30 - 8:45 AM                         Welcome – Kennedy Auditorium

8:55 - 10:05 AM                       Discovery I – Designated Building and Room

10:15 - 11:25 AM                      Discovery II – Designated Building and Room

11:35 AM - 12:15 PM              Lunch – Baker Pattillo Student Center, Grand Ballroom

12:20 - 1:30 PM                        STEM Competition – Grand Ballroom

1:30 - 2:00 PM                         Raffle, Surveys, Closing – Grand Ballroom
